After nearly two decades of organising our community event in south east Wales, we thought we'd seen it all when it came to feeding our 100+ hungry guests.
Spoiler alert: we hadn't!
In 2025, our committee made the bold decision to support local and we brought in Cranford Catering to handle the hot food.
Best. Decision. Ever.
More specifically, they brought their Food Truck, which they brand as “Bowlicious”, and the meals were that exactly—delicious piping hot meals in a bowl. For us it meant that the days of us playing "food courier" – racing back with luke-warm meals and occasionally wrong orders were a thing of the past; and made our day less stressful.
There was no more wrestling with mountains of rubbish afterwards either, John came in and took care of absolutely everything!
The result?: Piping hot, absolutely delicious food that had our guests raving! The variety was incredible (with all allergen requirements covered) and John ran the menu by us prior the booking, so we could tailor it to the event and guests, and everyone left happy.
